Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for only $6.99, and estimated shipping time is once per month. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $6.99 as well. Estimated shipping time is once per month. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available for only $8.99 and ships once per month. Expected transit time from shipment are as follows:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The content of each Box is curated by Squarehearts. Unfortunately, we don’t allow returns or substitutions of anything in your SQH Fashion Box. If you receive a SQH Fashion Box with damaged or incomplete contents, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any SQH Fashion Box you receive, please contact us at here.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
